Still, right now it's the summer and time to get outside and active - especially if you have recurrent back pain. We look at a paper in the Lancet exploring whether just simply walking can be the problem. Finally, from the BJGP we examine a paper looking at what being a "full-time GP" means and how, sometimes, definitions can be REALLY important.
